FAQ

Our classes at S&S Acting Academy are for young people who want to hone their talent for acting for TV and Film with actors who have worked on TV and film sets since 2017. These classes are taught by tutors who are experienced in the field and want to share that knowledge and experience with young people who have an interest in acting for camera. Our classes will be fun and engaging, as well as challenging at times and highly informative. The ethos of S&S is learning, confidence and success as well as creativity. These are elements that underpin every class we offer, we strive to offer your young people a supportive environment to grow in versatility and confidence as an actor.

  • All you need is a bottle of water, an openness to learning and a dash of enthusiasm.

  • There are four classes in a term although our classes are rolling and for full benefit, we encourage students to attend long term.

Each class will be different and we will have an eight week schedule packed with learning. Every eight weeks will be unique e.g. no improvisation class is ever the same as each young person creates what they want in that moment which will be different from week to week. Scene work and character development will also be different in each term so there is a wealth of knowledge to be taken away from classes at S&S which is why we encourage long term enrolment.

  • At S&S Acting Academy, you can enrol and pay for a four-week term. You will have the option to subscribe and automatically pay every four weeks or log on and complete the payment yourself every four weeks. Full fees are due on the first day of the term either through the website or cash on the day.

  • To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking courses at least 7 days prior to the start of each
